Family Sharing Data:

• Family group membership

1.3 Information from Third-Party Sources

We do not purchase or acquire personal information from data brokers. We may receive limited information from authentication providers (Google, Apple) as described in Section 1.1.

4. Public Content and Sharing

4.1 Privacy Settings

You can control the visibility of your data through the App settings:

• Public Ratings: Choose whether your ratings are visible to others (default: on)
• Search Engine Indexing: Choose whether your shared links can be indexed by search engines (default: off)

4.2 Shared Links

When you create a shared link for a content item or yearly summary, the linked page may display your username, ratings, and selected content. Shared links are accessible to anyone with the URL.

4.3 Public Information

Your username is always visible to other users of the Service. Profile photos and bios are visible to users who view your profile.

5. Data Storage and Security

5.1 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• One-time, expiring email sign-in codes (no passwords stored)
• JWT-based authentication with token expiration
• Access controls and authentication for all API endpoints
• Regular security audits

5.2 Security Limitations

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

After account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance).

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including Brazil, where our servers are located, and countries where our third-party service providers operate. 10. Push Notifications

We may send you push notifications related to:

• Family group activity (invitations, new members)
• Watchlist reminders
• New content releases related to your library

You can manage your notification preferences in the App settings or disable notifications entirely through your device's system settings. Disabling notifications does not affect the functionality of the Service.

11. Offline Data and Caching

The App caches data locally on your device to provide offline functionality. This includes:

• Your library (movies, series, books)
• Ratings and reviews
• User preferences and settings

Cached data is stored locally and is not transmitted to third parties. You can clear cached data by logging out or reinstalling the App.

12. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., TMDB, Google Books pages). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party service you interact with.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
